Work in pharmaceutical distribution (not going to name the company). Here's what I can share about the current landscape: Doses with best supply (June 2026): - 2.5mg and 5mg: Fully stocked nationally - 7.5mg and 10mg: Mostly available, occasional 1-2 week delays in some regions Doses with constrained supply: - 12.5mg: Intermittent availability, varies by distributor - 15mg: Most constrained dose nationally Why higher doses are harder to find: 1. Manufacturing complexity scales with dose 2. Lilly prioritized starter doses to onboard new patients 3. Demand at higher doses increased as the large cohort of early adopters titrated up 4. International demand (EU/UK approvals) is competing for manufacturing capacity The two-injection workaround mentioned is actually being done by some practices, but check with your insurer first — some flag it as off-label dosing.

Location: Chicago, IL suburbs Dose: 10mg Pharmacy: Amazon Pharmacy (mail-order) Status: IN STOCK, shipped in 2 days ✅ Date: March 8, 2026 Switched to Amazon Pharmacy 3 months ago and haven't had a single availability issue since. They seem to have very reliable supply chains. Delivery is always within 2-4 business days. Before that I was playing pharmacy roulette every month at retail. Spent hours calling around. Never again.

Location: San Diego, CA Dose: 7.5mg Pharmacy: Kaiser (integrated) Status: IN STOCK ✅ Date: June 9, 2026 Kaiser's integrated pharmacy system seems to handle supply well — they order in bulk for their patient population. Haven't had an issue in 6+ months. However, a friend on tirz through a private endo using Rite Aid in the same area has had ongoing 12.5mg issues. So pharmacy system matters a lot.

Great data everyone. Here's my rough compilation for June 2026: | Dose | National Availability | Notes | |------|----------------------|-------| | 2.5mg | 🟢 Widely available | No reported issues | | 5mg | 🟢 Widely available | No reported issues | | 7.5mg | 🟡 Mostly available | Occasional delays in rural areas | | 10mg | 🟡 Mostly available | Mail-order most reliable | | 12.5mg | 🟠 Intermittent | Biggest regional variation | | 15mg | 🔴 Constrained | Hardest to find, esp. rural | Best strategies reported: 1. Mail-order pharmacies (Amazon, Walgreens Specialty) most reliable 2. Costco for retail 3. Call ahead before going to retail pharmacy 4. Ask pharmacist about distributor ETAs 5. Consider dose-splitting workaround with provider guidance Keep the reports coming — I'll update this weekly through March! 📊

Thanks for organizing this. I'm going to try Amazon Pharmacy per's suggestion. My doctor can send the script electronically. It's frustrating that in 2026 we're still dealing with supply issues for a medication that's been on the market for years, but at least the community helps each other navigate it. Appreciate everyone sharing. 🙏
