Pet owner bonus of training: my dog is also losing weight because we're walking 2-3x more than before.

Exercise-induced nausea amplification with training: I learned the hard way that intense exercise within 12 hours of injection can make nausea much worse. The combination of delayed gastric emptying + exercise-induced blood flow redistribution is rough on the GI system.

My workaround: inject Friday evening, do low-intensity activity Saturday, and save my intense workouts for Tuesday-Thursday when the GI effects have subsided. Timing your training around your injection schedule is a real optimization strategy.

One concrete data point for the thread. Say what you would expect to see if you were wrong, before you look. It is a small discipline and it changes what you notice.

Coming at Dr.RenalNash’s question from a different direction. Worth answering the question that was asked rather than the one behind it. The narrow version usually has an answer; the broad version usually does not, and answering the broad one is how a thread stops being useful.

Correct me if the detail matters more than I have assumed.

A narrower follow-up, since the general answer is now clear:

How would you tell the difference between that and the alternative explanation?

Closing the loop on my own question.

Coming back a few months on. It held. Nothing dramatic to report, which is the report.
