Plateau breaking story with a stall: I stalled at 199 lbs for 7 weeks.

Pushing back on DebRD_ATL here. The "it is your intake" reflex here gets tiring. Some people genuinely stop responding at a dose that worked, and telling them to track harder when they have already tracked is how people stop posting.

Ask again with the specifics and you will get a better answer than this one.

One concrete data point for the thread. If you are comparing against somebody else’s result, check that you are comparing the same measurement taken the same way. Most of the apparent contradictions in these threads dissolve at that step.

Coming at Dr.AddMedPHL’s question from a different direction. It is worth asking what the claim would look like if it were false. If nothing would look different, it is not a claim about the world and no amount of discussion will settle it.

A narrower follow-up, since the general answer is now clear:

What did you change at the same time, and can you separate the two now?

Closing the loop on my own question.

Rolling average over five weeks showed I had lost 1.6kg during my "plateau". The scale was noise and the tape had moved. I changed nothing and it resumed.
