One concrete data point for the thread. If you are comparing against somebody else’s result, check that you are comparing the same measurement taken the same way. Most of the apparent contradictions in these threads dissolve at that step.

How much of the between-person variation is pharmacokinetic and how much is just adherence measured badly?

Pushing back on raj_cambridge here. Pushing back on the anecdote-stacking. Twenty people reporting the same thing is twenty samples from the same self-selected pool, not twenty independent confirmations.

Worth separating that from training through weight loss, which this thread keeps folding into the same question. They behave differently and the advice does not transfer.

No disagreement, though it depends on where somebody is starting from, and this thread has been assuming a starting point nobody stated.
