Exercise-induced nausea amplification with training: I learned the hard way that intense exercise within 24 hours of injection can make nausea much…

Gym confidence after training weight loss: walked into a gym for the first time in 12 years yesterday. Was terrified. But you know what? Nobody stared. Nobody judged. Everyone was focused on their own workout.

Started with 20 minutes on the treadmill and some machine-based resistance exercises. Nothing fancy. But I DID IT. And I'll go back tomorrow.

To anyone too intimidated to start: the hardest rep is walking through the door. Everything after that is just movement. 💪

One concrete data point for the thread. If you are going to change something, change one thing and give it long enough to express itself. Four weeks is the usual minimum for anything pharmacological on this board, and two weeks of data has told you almost nothing.

Coming at CarlaRPh_TPA’s question from a different direction. It helps to ask what evidence would change your mind before you look at any. If nothing would, the discussion is not about evidence, and it is better to say so early than to spend nine posts discovering it.

A narrower follow-up, since the general answer is now clear:

What did you change at the same time, and can you separate the two now?

Closing the loop on my own question.

Coming back a few months on. It held. Nothing dramatic to report, which is the report.
