Plateau breaking story with a stall: I stalled at 218 lbs for 7 weeks.

Filing a mild objection. Mild because I might be wrong; an objection because nobody has addressed the case that does not fit. The "it is your intake" reflex here gets tiring. Some people genuinely stop responding at a dose that worked, and telling them to track harder when they have already tracked is how people stop posting.

The figures, for anyone assembling their own picture. The boring version of this is the one that works, and the boring version is: measure a baseline, change one variable, wait, measure again under the same conditions. Nobody wants that answer and it is still the answer.

Coming at LibrarianMeg’s question from a different direction. Most of what circulates confidently in this community traces back to one summary of one study, and the qualifier was dropped somewhere in the third retelling.

A narrower follow-up, since the general answer is now clear:

What did you change at the same time, and can you separate the two now?

OP back with an update, since a thread like this is useless without one.

Rolling average over five weeks showed I had lost 1.6kg during my "plateau". The scale was noise and the tape had moved. I changed nothing and it resumed.
