Semaglutide structural biology relevant to the pharmacology: semaglutide is a 31-amino acid peptide with 94% homology to native GLP-1(7-36).

Saving this. It is the first explanation that did not require me to already understand it.

Adding the clinical framing, because it changes how the question reads. Order of operations matters more than any single choice here: establish a baseline, change one thing, wait long enough for it to express itself, then measure again under the same conditions.

I want to add the drug interaction perspective on the pharmacology.

I read this differently from paige_pharma, on substance rather than tone. Pushing back on the anecdote-stacking. Twenty people reporting the same thing is twenty samples from the same self-selected pool, not twenty independent confirmations.

The figures, for anyone assembling their own picture. Practical: whatever you change, write down the date and the reason. In three months the reason is what you will have forgotten, and the reason is what makes the record worth having.

Moderator note: the sourcing question belongs in the vendor section and has been split out.
