A defensible baseline is short: HbA1c and fasting glucose, a lipid panel with ApoB if you can get it, ALT and AST, creatinine with eGFR, TSH, ferritin…

Saving this. It is the first explanation that did not require me to already understand it.

Adding the clinical framing, because it changes how the question reads.

Blood work came back perfect. baseline bloodwork + this community = winning. 🏆

Shot day Monday report relevant to baseline bloodwork: Week 43.

I read this differently from sarah_TO, on substance rather than tone. Pushing back on the anecdote-stacking. Twenty people reporting the same thing is twenty samples from the same self-selected pool, not twenty independent confirmations.

Adding the numbers, since they settle part of this. One practical note: write down what you did and when, before you need it. Reconstructing a timeline from memory three months later is how people end up unable to answer the one question that would have resolved it.

Happy to go further on any of that.

Moderator note: leaving this open. It is being argued well and the disagreement is the useful part. Thread quality here is what the rules are for. Keep it up.
