MikeKY_noInsulin While I agree BD are the best, the GGPeps syringes are perfectly adequate. I've used both and the difference is marginal — maybe slightly smoother injection with BD but we're talking a needle that's in your skin for 5 seconds.
For beginners, the GGPeps kit is fine. You can always upgrade to BD later if you want.
One tip nobody mentions: rotate injection sites. Belly, thighs, upper arms. Don't always inject in the same spot or you can develop lipodystrophy (hardened tissue) over time. I use a simple rotation: left belly → right belly → left thigh → right thigh → repeat.
