I'll throw in the cost-per-mg breakdown since that's what actually matters: Semaglutide cost per mg (at typical prices): - QSC: $4.00/mg ($20 for 5mg vial) - WWB: $4.60/mg ($23 for 5mg vial) - GGPeps: $6.00/mg ($30 for 5mg vial) Brand Ozempic for comparison: ~$33/mg (at $900/month for 1mg/week) Even the most expensive verified vendor (GGPeps) is still 5.5x cheaper than brand. QSC is over 8x cheaper. The savings are life-changing for people who can't afford insurance or whose insurance doesn't cover it.

OK I'm going with QSC for my first order based on this thread. Best price and the community testing data is really reassuring. Quick question — for a total beginner, what's a reasonable first order? Like how many vials should I get?

ingrid_STO For a first order, I'd suggest 5 vials. Here's why: - It's enough for about 2-3 months of treatment depending on your dose - It's not a huge financial commitment ($100-110 from QSC) - You can send 1 vial for Janoshik testing and still have 4 to use - If for some unlikely reason there's an issue, you haven't over-committed Once you've verified quality and confirmed it works for you, then order in bulk (10-20 vials) to save on per-vial cost and shipping.

ingrid_STO Dr.NateNeph's advice is spot on. 5 vials is the sweet spot for a first order. And don't stress too much about which vendor — as this thread hopefully shows, all three verified vendors deliver quality product. The differences between them are small. You're making a good choice regardless. Welcome to the community! 🙌

Excellent comparison thread. Adding this to the Vendor Comparison section of the wiki. Reminder: these three (QSC, WWB, GGPeps) are the ONLY currently verified vendors on The GLP Lounge. "Verified" means extensive, ongoing community testing via Janoshik and PeptideMeter. If someone DMs you about another vendor, be very cautious and check the scam alerts board first. Stay safe everyone.
