Adding the clinical framing, because it changes how the question reads.

Shot day Thursday report relevant to baseline bloodwork:

Week 24. Currently on 10mg. Down 30 lbs from starting weight of 242 lbs.

This week's observations: Energy levels excellent, zero nausea.

Labs due next week — looking forward to seeing the metabolic panel. I'll post results in the Lab Results section when they come in.

PSA: get baseline labs BEFORE starting baseline bloodwork therapy.

Pushing back on Dr.GastroMayo here. I think the framing smuggles in the conclusion. Ask it the other way round and the obvious answer reverses, which usually means the question is doing the work.

Adding the numbers, since they settle part of this. Worth stating the units and the reference range whenever you post a number here. A large fraction of the apparent disagreement in these threads is two people using different units and both being right.

Moderator note: the sourcing question belongs in the vendor section and has been split out. Report rather than reply if it drifts again.
