It helps to ask what evidence would change your mind before you look at any.

Coming at Dr.NateNeph’s question from a different direction. The distinction that resolves most of these threads is between what is true on average and what is true for one person. Both are real; they answer different questions and get quoted as if they were the same one.

Correct me if the detail matters more than I have assumed.

One concrete data point for the thread. If you are going to change something, change one thing and give it long enough to express itself. Four weeks is the usual minimum for anything pharmacological on this board, and two weeks of data has told you almost nothing.

Worth separating that from compounded supply, which this thread keeps folding into the same question. They behave differently and the advice does not transfer.

Following on from Dr.NateNeph — and this may be the naive question:

What did you change at the same time, and can you separate the two now?

Filing a mild objection. Mild because I might be wrong; an objection because nobody has addressed the case that does not fit. The objection nobody has made: this only works if the measurement is doing what we assume it is doing, and that assumption has not been tested here.

Agreed, and the enforcement dates were staggered by category — 503A first, 503B a few weeks later — because outsourcing facilities have manufactured inventory and clinic contracts to unwind while a 503A makes to order.

Happy to go further on any of that.
