I called them today. Here's what happened:
I asked about the Warning Letter and the customer service person transferred me to their "quality director" (good sign — they have one). The quality director:
- Acknowledged the Warning Letter openly
- Said they've hired an outside consulting firm specializing in cGMP remediation
- Said they've voluntarily halted production of some product lines while they validate processes
- Said they've installed a new water purification system with continuous monitoring
- Said they expect a follow-up FDA inspection within 6-9 months
- Offered to send me their corrective action summary (redacted for proprietary info)
Honestly? This felt genuine and transparent. But I'm still torn.
