Alcohol relationship change with food noise: I used to drink cocktails most nights. Since starting GLP-1 therapy, I have zero interest in alcohol. Haven't had a drink in 5 months.

The "food noise" reduction seems to extend to other reward-seeking behaviors, including alcohol. My liver enzymes have improved, my sleep is better, and I've saved roughly $211/month on alcohol. Triple win.

This is exactly what I could not find anywhere else. Printing the relevant bit and taking it with me.

Pushing back on Dr.EM_Chicago here. Pushing back on the consensus forming here. Consistency is not the same as correctness, and a board that agrees with itself quickly is usually agreeing with the first person who sounded certain.

The figures, for anyone assembling their own picture. Practical: whatever you change, write down the date and the reason. In three months the reason is what you will have forgotten, and the reason is what makes the record worth having.

Moderator note: good thread. Keeping it here rather than moving it, because the question is general enough to be useful.
