The figures, for anyone assembling their own picture. One practical note: write down what you did and when, before you need it. Reconstructing a timeline from memory three months later is how people end up unable to answer the one question that would have resolved it.

Worth separating that from the maintenance and discontinuation question, which this thread keeps folding into the same question. They behave differently and the advice does not transfer.

Following on from Dr.BariatricHTX — and this may be the naive question:

How much of the between-person variation is pharmacokinetic and how much is just adherence measured badly?

Filing a mild objection. Mild because I might be wrong; an objection because nobody has addressed the case that does not fit. This treats a plausible mechanism as a demonstrated one. Plausible is where you start looking, not where you stop.
