Peptide calculator app recommendation for dosing arithmetic: I use PeptideCalc to calculate reconstitution volumes and injection doses.

Ongoing cost tracking for dosing arithmetic — transparency for the community:

Monthly medication cost: $136
Supplies (syringes, BAC water, alcohol swabs): ~$9/month
Janoshik testing: ~$11/month (amortized quarterly)
Lab work: ~$56/month (amortized quarterly)
Total: ~$216/month

Compare to brand Wegovy at $1276/month without insurance. Compounded is roughly 85% cheaper for what I have found to be clinically equivalent medication.

Just received my dosing arithmetic order — packaging review:

  • Outer box: plain brown, no medication identifiers (discreet) ✅
  • Inner insulation: Styrofoam with 2 gel ice packs ✅
  • Temperature: vials were cold to touch on arrival ✅
  • Labeling: lot number, BUD, compound name, concentration ✅
  • Included: COA, reconstitution instructions, dosing card ✅

This is what professional compounding pharmacy shipping looks like. If your order arrives without these basics, reconsider your vendor.

Bookmarking. The distinction being drawn above is the one nobody else makes. Taking it to my next appointment.

From the other side of the consultation, briefly. Whatever the answer turns out to be, the method for getting there is the same: state the assumption, do the arithmetic in public, and invite the correction. That is slower than asserting, and it is the only version that survives being wrong.

OP back with an update, since a thread like this is useless without one.

Update, and it is the boring outcome: nothing was wrong. The measurement I was reading had moved less than its own week-to-week variation, which somebody said upthread and I did not believe.
