⚠ Counterfeit Ozempic pens circulating — 6 month update

I'm literally shaking reading this. My sister bought "Ozempic" from someone on Instagram three weeks ago. She's not diabetic, she's using it for weight loss. If those pens contain random amounts of insulin she could have a serious hypoglycemic episode. I'm calling her right now. This is terrifying.

If she experiences any symptoms of hypoglycemia (shakiness, sweating, confusion, rapid heartbeat, extreme hunger), she needs to eat something with sugar and call 911 immediately. I don't say this to scare you but to make sure she takes it seriously. The insulin-containing counterfeits are the most dangerous scenario.

This is why I keep saying — if you can't afford brand name GLP-1s through a pharmacy, go the compounding route from a VERIFIED, TESTED compounding pharmacy. Yes it costs more than sketchy Facebook deals but you know what costs even more? An ER visit because you injected god-knows-what. The "deals" on social media are NEVER real Ozempic at those prices. Novo Nordisk's supply chain is tightly controlled. If someone's selling pens for $300, they're either stolen, counterfeit, or both.
