I was three days late with a dose because of travel and then spent a week unsure whether I had reset something or simply shifted it.

What I am trying to establish is whether a dose three days late resets the ladder or just shifts it.

Tell me what I have not thought of.

Missed dose question about a missed dose: I'm 1 days late on my injection. Should I take it now or wait until my regular day?

UPDATE: Called my provider — they said take it now and resume my regular schedule next week. Apparently being a few days late isn't a big deal as long as you don't double up.

Correct as far as it goes. The part it does not cover is what to do when the honest answer is "not enough data", which is more often than anyone likes.

Adding the clinical framing, because it changes how the question reads. Worth answering the question that was asked rather than the one behind it. The narrow version usually has an answer; the broad version usually does not, and answering the broad one is how a thread stops being useful.
