Adding the clinical framing, because it changes how the question reads. Take it one variable at a time. Almost every unanswerable question in these threads is unanswerable because three things changed in the same fortnight, and no amount of subsequent argument can untangle them after the fact.

Can confirm. Same sequence, different timescale.

Coming at sarah_TO’s question from a different direction. Worth answering the question that was asked rather than the one behind it. The narrow version usually has an answer; the broad version usually does not, and answering the broad one is how a thread stops being useful.

If somebody has the primary source to hand I would rather cite it than paraphrase it.

One concrete data point for the thread. If you are comparing against somebody else’s result, check that you are comparing the same measurement taken the same way. Most of the apparent contradictions in these threads dissolve at that step.

Worth separating that from cross-border ordering, which this thread keeps folding into the same question. They behave differently and the advice does not transfer.

One thing that is still open after sarah_TO’s answer:

What did you change at the same time, and can you separate the two now?
